All curriculum, written guidance, music, visuals, and creative works inside the app are owned by Flora Celeste Amara OÜ unless otherwise stated. Personal entries you create (notes, reflections, uploads) remain yours.

The app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to public pages, but copying, redistributing, reselling, or republishing app materials without written permission is prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

While we strive for accuracy and a stable experience, the app is provided “as is.” Flora Celeste Amara OÜ is not responsible for errors, data loss, downtime, or external links. Content in the app is for personal growth and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Any purchases or subscriptions are processed through our official payment partners (e.g. Wise Business and other listed providers). Refunds and disputes are handled according to the policies of those platforms.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email when applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
