The app primarily stores your progress (completed days, streaks, notes, preferences) on your device. If you create an account or contact us, we process the information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email, and the content of your messages — in order to deliver the service and respond to your inquiries.

When you use the in-app Support form, your message, optional reply email, attached files, and basic technical context (such as user agent) are sent by email to studio@floracelesteamara.com so we can help. We do not use this data for marketing.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate the app (for example, email delivery), or where required by law.

If you make a purchase, payments are processed securely by our payment partners (e.g. Wise Business and other listed providers). We do not store full payment details on our servers.

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Local app data stays on your device until you reset it from the Profile screen.

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal data you have provided to us. We process personal data on the basis of your consent and to provide the service. Your data will not be stored longer than necessary and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
